Recon and Analysis Phase
Comprehensive Search · Strategic Analysis
We conduct a comprehensive recon of your entire website, web presence, and any analytical data that you may have. While we collect data, we are inputting key SEO ranking factors into an Excel file for each page of your website. This is a manual process and not aided by AI. While we have developed SEO tools, our decision to review each page manually reflects our commitment to our customers. From there, we want to develop a strategic analysis for decision-makers.

Implementation Phase
Transparency · Result-Driven Impelementation
After thorough analysis and the approval of our plan, we go to work. For brand-new pages, we want to work with the developer or website manager to implement best SEO practices and ensure they're discoverable. For pages that don't receive organic traffic, we typically implement an overhaul. For pages that have a healthy flow of organic traffic, we prioritize additive work (e.g., adding JSON-LD data for search engines and AI). For pages that may be underperforming, we prioritize a mixture. While working on your pages we are continuously working on off-page SEO improvements.
