Terms of Use

1. By using the website, you agree that you are solely representing yourself and not using DNH Dynamics, LLC's services or website on behalf of another person (unless for the purposes of the third sentence of the following term).

2. You are (a) at least 18 years of age and reached the age of majority in your current jurisdiction or (b) you are legally considered an adult in your current jurisdiction. In addition to (a) or (b), you have the full legal capacity to make a voluntary, informed consent to agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and utilize our services. If you do not meet the requirements, by using the current app the person or persons who have the legal authority and capacity has directly reviewed and agreed, and made a voluntary, informed consent to the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, is accepting any and all responsibility and liability, and will provide supervision and be involved as necessary and required by the laws and regulations that currently apply.

6. You understand that DNH Dynamics, LLC’s third party is Microsoft (Cloud/Web, Phone, and Email provider). Thus, their privacy policy may differ and change. Also, you understand and agree that their policies and practices may not be inline with our business policies and practices. Additionally, you understand that they may make changes to their privacy policies at any time.

7. You will not utilize DNH Dynamics, LLC’s services and access DNH Dynamics, LLC’s website if you are by law prohibited from use, or DNH Dynamics, LLC’s policies and terms are not in line with your location, and all laws and policies that may currently apply to you. This includes, but is not limited to, being in a State or Country in which the laws for Privacy Policy have more or different laws than what is required in Oregon, USA.

8. You will not hold DNH Dynamics, LLC or the owner liable, accountable, or financially responsible or ask for compensation in any form for any emotional, physical, mental, financial, physiological, interpersonal, familial, personal, legal, and or business related damages, costs, problems, or issues.

9. You will not file a class action and/or private lawsuit against DNH Dynamics, LLC or against the owner. You agree that you will be responsible for all legal related fees, if the previous sentence is disregarded.

10. You will not hold DNH Dynamics, LLC or the owner accountable, liable, or responsible for any website or posting related errors.

11. You agree that you will not tamper, copy, sell, or otherwise interfere with the current website. Additionally, if you do tamper, copy, sell, or interfere with the current website, you agree that you will be held accountable and will take full responsibility for all related damages and expenses.

12. The current website includes animations and parts that can move, fade, and more. Please take this into consideration before deciding if this website is for you.

13. Before sending an email, we ask that you ensure your email provider utilizes TLS, and that you select the encrypt option to encrypt the email.

14. By contacting DNH Dynamics, LLC you understand that there are risks with your data in transit and at rest, and DNH Dynamics, LLC is not liable for any communication with you.
